With the strong support of the company and the active cooperation of various departments of the Product Technology Department, on August 04-05, 2018, Mr. Bao Lingming (national registered consultant, Chinese brand lecturer (production class)) conducted a product inspection for the R & D center. Two-day special training on Advanced Quality Planning and Control Plan (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

During the training, Mr. Bao Lingming explained the five core tools of APQP/FMEA/PPAP/SPC/MSA on the spot based on actual cases, and guided the students through group games and interactive answers to help students understand the standard requirements.

Through two days of interesting learning, the trainees have a better understanding of the control details of each stage from product development to production implementation, which has laid a strong foundation for future product design and development, project sorting and effective management and control.
