Rubber compounding: 

To meet the needs of the company's rapid development, Guanlian has continuously invested in the introduction of industry-leading mixer production equipment and upper and lower auxiliary systems. The specifications of internal mixers range from 430L of Japan Kobelco, 320E to 200L, 190L, 150L, 100L, 80L and 50L of German HF, and they are controlled by advanced computer programs, covering the requirements of rubber compound process in an all-round way to meet professional mixing and different orders from customers. 

Rubber filtration: 

In the production of high-end or precision rubber products and thin film products, such as automobile sealing strips, rubber hoses, wires and cables and seals, the impurities contained in raw materials or mixed in the process will lead to poor quality of products and waste products, which may lead to delivery delay, customer complaints, product returns and customer claims, and bring irreparable loss of funds and reputation to product enterprises. Therefore, more and more customers put forward the requirements of rubber filtration, and the filtration standards are constantly improving. 

In order to meet the different filtration needs of customers, Guanlian has successively introduced masterbatch filter and German UTH final batch filter, which is the world leader in low-temperature filtration technology of final rubber. It has obviously alleviated the problem of rubber impurities that plague customers and effectively improved their comprehensive competitiveness. 

Rubber calendering: 

Guanlian's four-roller calendering production line (roller size Ø610 * 1830mm) is suitable for gluing and calendering of cord fabric and pressing of rubber compound, with the minimum gluing thickness of 0.50mm. The calendered products of Guanlian have been widely used in tire, air spring, transmission belt, sealing strip, wire and cable industries. 

According to the customer's needs, Guanlian develops the formula, produces the rubber compound, and provides one-sided and two-sided adhesive calendering service, with the minimum adhesive thickness of 0.50mm.

Guanlian also equipped a yarn cutting machine for the calendering line to meet the cutting needs of customers.
